This is in response to this question from Dr Stance’s post about a BMW CSL. I was wrong about it racing Zakspeed capri’s it raced against the RS 3100. IIRC it was also the car that finally ended the Capri’s dominance in touring cars with all its new clever bits, much like the Quatrro killed all the other rally cars when it arrived.
