Why Single Men Can’t Go To Bangkok
I just read an article on AskMen saying that if you were planning a trip to Thailand alone then you might want to try and get money back on your flights to Bangkok because, according to the article, your mates will be suspicious and think you only went for two reasons, 1 to get sex or 2 to find love.
I’m not sure this is really fair and the evils of stereotyping have come into play quite harshly again here. My brother has recently come back from a trip to Thailand and he said Bangkok was a nice place, if a little too ‘touristy’ and he didn’t notice the ‘red light district’ being any worse than any other big city.
Has anyone been to Bangkok recently? what is it really like?
