Did you know fact fans that the longest non stop commercial flight is from Newark to Singapore and takes 18 hours 50 minutes and in that time you will travel an amazing 9.535 miles! Most long flights are done by eastern airlines or companies from the United Arab Emirates. They are fairly new journeys connecting new up and coming tourist or business places with west coast America on Australia, such as the 15 hour Etihad flight from Sydney to Abu Dhabi or the 18 hour LA to Singapore journey.

Another fun fact: The longest plane journey I have been on was 1 hour and I didn’t even leave the country. Kinda sad really…
