Why People Hate Their Banks
It says most people who complain about unfair charges and who want to switch current accounts don’t actually know any of their banks terms and conditions or policies. Surely if you haven’t read the rules then you have no right to complain? You can’t shoot somebody and then complain when you get put in jail just because you didn’t know there was a law against it!
Although saying that I have no idea what my banks T&C’s are but at the same time I’ve never complained, just felt sad that I’m poor.
