The Temple of All Religions or as it is sometimes also known the Temple of the Universe, is a complex that houses several religious buildings in one piece of architecture. It was created and started in 1992 by artist and philanthropist Ildar Khanov and he now lives there with his assistants and they open the doors to the centre to help with the treatment of alcohol, drug addiction and other diseases.
What makes the structure different is that it is a temple but not for any specific religion and instead has multiple religions practising inside include an orthodox church, minaret and synagogue. It takes pride in keeping a peaceful combination of multiple different religions. They eventually hope to have 16 cupolas, one for each of the 16 major world religions.
The building can be found in Kazan, Russia. A city that has a lot of great religious architecture, it is worth staying in a city centre hotel if you visit because a lot of the great attractions and architecture can be found very centrally.
