New iPods And iTunes
Is anyone else excited by the new iTunes social networking thing, Ping? I think it looks quite cool and being online most of my life I have more than enough room for another social thing. It says it is going to be concentrating on music though so that will be cool and different, I already use Spotify Social but not enough people have or like Spotify so this should be cool, I like the idea of following artists and friends and seeing what music they are listening to.
It sounds like it is kind of bringing LastFM, Spotify and Mflow into one thing and being Apple, I’m hoping it will be the best by far, they are very good at usability in things.
The new iPod nano looks amazing as well! The smallest and coolest touch screen thing I have ever seen and it kind of looks like that fake iPhone/iPod watch protoype that was going around for years! Trouble is my savings accounts are a bit empty (read = in debt) so buying one is just merely a dream! Gutted!
